Our Dry Gin has been hand crafted in the North Cotswold village of Ilmington by enhancing its botanicals with the unique flavour of apple spirit.

The Silver Medal award said it is "a delightful gin with a fresh, floral sweetness and a clean finish. It boasts a clear appearance with notes of cherry and mixed berries on the nose, followed by a clean, soft palate."

Our gin is flavoured with Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Orris Root & Orange Peel.
